Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Niyantr account and associated personal data.
What this does
When you submit this form, our team will verify your identity using the email address on file and then mark your Niyantr partner account for deletion.
- Immediate: Your account is locked. You can no longer sign in to the partner web portal or mobile app.
- Within 90 days: Personal data — name, contact details, profile information — is permanently anonymized.
- Recovery window: If you change your mind during the 90-day window, contact support@niyantr.com and we can restore your account.
What we are required to retain
Some information must be kept for legal and regulatory compliance even after deletion:
- KYC documents: Encrypted and retained for 5 years per RBI / PMLA guidelines for payment-enabled accounts.
- Order & invoice records: Retained for the period required by Indian tax law (typically 8 years from the end of the relevant financial year).
- Anti-fraud signals: A minimal hashed footprint may be retained to prevent abuse.
Everything else — analytics events, marketing data, support transcripts, profile information — is anonymized or deleted.

Finish in your email app
We've opened a pre-filled deletion request in your email app. Send it to privacy@niyantr.com to complete your request. Our team will then verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days, with an email confirmation to the address you provided.

If you can still access your account, you can also request deletion from inside the Niyantr partner mobile app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or the partner web portal at partners.niyantr.com.
