Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Niyantr subscription at any time through the Partners portal at partners.niyantr.com or by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all platform services until the end of your current billing period. No partial month refunds are provided. Your store data will be retained for 30 days following cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.

2. Free Tier

The Starter plan is available at no monthly subscription cost. While there are no subscription charges, per-transaction charges (payment commission and order processing fees) still apply to all orders processed through the platform. No refund is applicable for the free tier as there are no subscription payments.

3. Transaction Charges

Payment commission and order processing fees are non-refundable once deducted. These charges are incurred at the point of transaction and represent services already rendered. In the event of billing errors or duplicate charges, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation of the error.

4. Billing Disputes

Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the date of the charge. To raise a dispute, email [email protected] with your store ID and relevant transaction details. Our billing team will respond within 5 business days with a resolution or request for additional information.

5. Platform Downtime Credits

Niyantr commits to a 99.9% uptime SLA for the platform. In the event that downtime exceeds this SLA commitment, affected accounts will receive proportional service credits calculated based on the duration of the outage.

  • Credits are applied to future billing cycles automatically.
  • Credits are not redeemable as cash or transferable to other accounts.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through either of the following methods:

  • Partners Portal: Navigate to partners.niyantr.com > Settings > Subscription and follow the cancellation steps.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered email address.
